City officials decided to construct and build a Military memorial facility on the site of the location of my previously operational facility which caused the cessation and functioning of my facility. Previous contributor Politician Ross Perro gave one million dollars towards the construction of this military structure.

My desire, previous experience, and compassionate commitment can make a considerable change in the lives of unfortunate victims who have nowhere to go or no body to turn to in a time of emergency and crisis.

I need funds for a building to accommodate at least 12-40 people each night. Funds are also needed for furnishing for the building as well as utility costs. Finally funds are also needed to employ qualified staff personnel.

We appreciate your compassionate consideration for the monetary funds necessary for the implementation of the aforementioned crucial endeavor.

Respectfully,

Mina C. Livingston, Ambassador
